Growth Stock Picks to Invest in FY 2010 for Long Term
Shown below are some of the stocks that I think will outperform the markets and give good results for patient long term investors who can stick with their investments for atleast two years. The stocks are picked based using the information gather from various sources and basing on my own reaserch into factors such as the business prospects in their corresponding sectors, prospects of the sector itself, quality of management, past track record, size of the order book, EPS forecasts and valuations etc.
It is very important to observe/track the EPS over several quarters and also the valuations that these scripts can command. While it is somewhat possible to forecast the earnings (EPS) based on their order-books and business prospects, investments etc., it is very hard to dicide on the valuations (P/E). Different stocks command different valuations based on the growth prospects of those companies. The companies that are likely to record very good y-o-y growth are likely to command good valuations (P/E).
So do your own research before deciding on where to invest. These stocks are picked to provide some kind a starting point. I am not responsible for your investment decisions.
